Protection of personal data
Marieke Jacobs takes the privacy of personal data very seriously and will handle personal information carefully.
Marieke Jacobs will not sell and / or provide your personal details to third parties.
We only process personal data for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?
When you have placed an order, are registered for our newsletter or have filled in the contact form on the website, data can be collected. We only process the data that you provide to us. This can be the following information:
- fiirst and last name
- e-mail address
- phone number
- company name
- ZIP code and address
- bank account number
- IP address
- information about your activities on our website
- other personal data you actively provide, for example during a personal meeting, in correspondence and by telephone.

For what purpose and on what basis do we use personal data?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
- communication with you about your order
- to process orders and send them to you
- handling your payment
- to send a newsletter 
- administration and tax return
We only process your personal data in accordance with the law. This implies (among other things) that the data are only processed for the purpose for which they were obtained.

How long are personal data stored?
Marieke Jacobs does not store personal data longer than necessary for correct administration. For this a seven-year term is applied after the last order / invoice, after which the data will be destroyed.
Newsletter addresses are kept as long as you want to receive the newsletter. You can always unsubscribe.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Marieke Jacobs only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can mail to info@mariekejacobs.nl

Marieke Jacobs takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
